House rules
The policy aims to ensure that children attending the Sunflower House can participate in activities in a calm and safe environment, appropriate to their age.
By entering the Sunflower House, each child accepts these rules as valid for him/herself.
Arrival
For individual and group sessions, it is sufficient to arrive a few minutes before the start of the session.
Just to let you know, parents are asked to hand over the child to the therapist at the beginning of the class. Children should not be left unattended in the waiting room. If the Parent is present, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents.
In case of tardiness, we can spend the remaining session time with the child. In such cases, the interests of the next child arriving on time will be given priority.
Parents/guardians are requested to return to the waiting room 5 minutes before the end of the session.
Waiting time
You may stay in the waiting room during the time of child drop-off and pick-up. During the sessions, to avoid illness and to ensure calm therapy sessions, waiting is allowed outside the building. In exceptional situations and circumstances, waiting may be allowed inside the building by arrangement with the therapist.
Dress
For babies who are still lying down, please bring a diaper or blanket to place under the baby.
Please remove your street shoes before entering the therapy rooms. Changing shoes and shoe-protective footmuffs are provided.
Children should wear comfortable trousers, a T-shirt, and non-slip socks or light sneakers (jeans, belts, hoodies, and skirts are not recommended).
Health
Please bring your child to sessions in good health only.
If there is any suspicion of infectious disease (conjunctivitis, flu, etc…) or poor health („still coughing”, „just a runny nose”), please take your child to the doctor or rest at home for your own and other children’s sake.
Children who are ill, have a fever, diarrhea, vomiting or are still recovering should not visit the Sunflower House to protect the health of other children.
Smoking is not permitted in the Sunflower House.
Meals
Children should not arrive at the session hungry.
Please do not eat crumbly, sticky food on the Sunflower House premises. Please do not bring food into the therapy rooms.
We ask that mobile phones be turned off during the sessions, because they distract the children and disturb the teacher!
Cancellations, absences
Absences due to illness or other reasons must be notified in writing to the therapist as soon as possible, but no later than 8 p.m. on the day before the session, by e-mail to lemondas@napraforgohaz.hu Please include the name of the therapist, the child’s name, and the date of the
therapy session in the cancellation.
If the cancellation is later than this, the full fee for the therapy will be charged. The fee for any therapy not canceled must be paid.
The same procedure applies to cancellations for individual and group sessions. Cancellations will be settled at the time of the next season ticket payment, for individual sessions at the end of the month.
Persistent absences: in case of absence of more than 2 weeks, a reservation fee will be charged (7000.- HUF per session) to ensure that
the therapy appointment is kept.
Payment
Payment for individual sessions is due at the end of the month, no later than the 5th of the following month.
For group sessions, a pass must be purchased and paid in advance.
Thank you for your cooperation, we hope you find our services satisfactory!
